I agree that the Peter Pan jeweled collars are really fun right now. I've seen some cute ones at H&M and I really like the one you picked up from Forever 21 as well.

Hi, have you tried to tuck in the shirt? I think it will be more flattering, giving you a more defined waistline. As the skirt is flowy, the shirt would maybe look better tucked in, so it's not flowy on flowy :)
