I'm convinced that anything can be dressed up. Insert t-shirt and shorts. Paired with heels, a little lip stick, and some fabulous jewelry, my causal day outfit was ready for a nice dinner out.
On a side note...I find these pictures hilarious, because I took them "Up North" on a bridge... people must have thought I was crazy standing around in heels taking pictures...{grin} What a girl will do for fashion and getting a blog good picture before the sun sets!
